Text messaging or booking online through the booking link, may be best as it is super easy and fast. If you call and I happen to be with an existing client, I will call you back as soon as I possibly can. If you call and I am unable to answer, please send me a text message so that I can get back to you asap. Otherwise, booking by DM (instagram) is not available.

CANCELLATIONS

We all do at some point, so we get it. Please kindly let us know (BEFORE) 48 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancelling after 48 hours automatically, results in forfeiting the full amount of the service.

CANCELLATION FEES

Should you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, you will automatically be charged the full amount of the service. All charges are non-refundable.

KEEP IN MIND

Contact lenses MUST BE removed during lash applications. Please bring a lens case to store your lenses in during your appointment. You may put your contact lenses back in following your appointment.

  • Come to your appointment eye makeup free, this means no mascara, eyeliner or eye shadow.

  • Arrive to your appointment ALONE. No children, No pets, No friends.

  • Lash extensions MUST NOT contact water, steam or heavy humidity for 24 hrs after application.

  • Eyelash extensions CANNOT be applied to persons allergic to any type of adhesives.

  • Please disclose any eye conditions, injuries, medications or treatments used on/in or affecting the eye area in advance.

  • ANY appointment cancelled less than 48 hours or NO SHOW will automatically be charged a penalty. Any cancellation made by the 24 hour mark is a FULL penalty charge!

  • It is essential to notify us of your absence at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you experience an illness within the 48-hour timeframe, immediate contact is required for cancellation and rescheduling. In the event of unforeseen sickness, your appointment must be rescheduled or canceled promptly. Your cooperation in staying home to recover is appreciated, ensuring consideration for both fellow clients and staff members.

REGISTRATION

When arriving for your very first appointment please arrive 10 minutes early so that we may register you in our system. Alternatively fill out our online registration form prior to your visit.

Your privacy is very important to us. We collect your personal information such as your name, email and telephone number in order to create an easy client booking database and to keep you informed about all the fun stuff were up to. We know how annoying it is to get junk mail so will never disclose your personal information to any third party. 

RESULTS

Individual results may vary and are dependant on the length/volume of your natural lashes and on the type of extension you choose to have applied.
